Our factory covers more than 13,000 square meters with a construction area of 8,000 square meters. We have over 200 sets of professional hat-making equipment and a team of 200+ skilled workers and management staff, achieving a daily output of 18,000 pieces. We flexibly undertake orders ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 pieces, including bulk orders, urgent orders and fully customized orders with guaranteed on-time shipment.
Our core product lines cover Baseball Caps, Bucket Hats, Washed Caps, Cowboy Hats and Kids Hats, together with trucker hats, knitted hats, promotional caps and other full-range headwear. We select premium raw materials such as pure cotton, polyester, canvas and washed cotton, and support diversified crafts like embroidery, printing, heat transfer and vintage distressing. We provide one-stop OEM & ODM customization, and samples can be completed within 7–10 days.
